An Intimate Evening, Forty Years in the Making
Join us for a rare and unforgettable evening at Chimney Rock as we celebrate 40 years of winemaking excellence. A milestone brought to life through an intimate dinner experience in our barrel room.

Hosted by Winemaker Elizabeth Vianna, this special night offers a unique opportunity to experience our acclaimed Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons through the stories, vintages, and craftsmanship behind each bottle.

The evening begins with a reception of refined hors d’oeuvres, followed by a seated four-course dinner thoughtfully curated by Michelin-starred Chef Rogelio Garcia, with each dish designed to complement and elevate the wines.

At the heart of the evening, we will be featuring our 40th Vintage Anniversary Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. A commemorative wine marking this extraordinary moment in our history. For every pair of tickets reserved, guests will receive a commemorative bottle of our 2023 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 40th anniversary vintage, signed by Winemaker Elizabeth Vianna. A rare keepsake to remember the evening.

Cocktail attire is encouraged. As the dinner will take place our barrel room, we recommend bringing a light jacket, as temperatures may be cooler.
