We bring the wines, the expertise and pairing suggestions chosen for each Chimney Rock bottling. You provide the setting, glassware and any rentals. Food is entirely optional, though a few simple bites are always welcome.
A thank-you for the host
Hosts are recognized with a complimentary bottle and additional rewards on their own purchases that evening. Our team will share the details when inquired.
Membership, if the evening inspires it
Guests are welcome to join the Palisades Society, with first access, exclusive allocations and invitations to private estate events. There is never an obligation.
