This curated tasting features exclusive wines, hand-selected by Elizabeth , highlighting exceptional wines and vintages throughout her 24-year tenure. Wines featured are the 2005 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, 2011 Ganymede Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, 2015 Elevage, 2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, and the 2023 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.  Tasting will be accompanied with a cheese and charcuterie board.

Immerse yourself in a guided exploration of our signature Elevage collection—a flight that beautifully showcases the artistry and evolution of our winemaking.  This thoughtfully curated tasting features four distinctive wines: Elevage Blanc, Elevage Rosé, Petit Elevage, Elevage Red Blend.

Each wine offers a unique expression of the vintage, together forming a complete narrative of the season’s character. The term Élevage—a French winemaking concept—refers to “the raising of the vines” and the nurturing journey from vineyard to bottle. These wines are crafted to capture the essence of each vintage, expressing balance, elegance, and a sense of place.
