At Chimney Rock back in the early nineties, we established the tradition of crafting single variety dry Rosés. In 2017 our winemaking team took on the challenge of crafting a blended rosé similar in philosophy, texture and beauty to our Elevage Blanc and Elevage Rouge. Could we create velvet in the glass in the form of a Rosé? The answer is a resounding, yes!It is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc and the unctuous mouthfeel of this artfully blended wine is a reminder of why blends are so magical. Enjoy this ethereal delight in the beautiful light of spring!
