In crafting Elevage, we strive to elevate and unify each piece, creating a harmony that gracefully balances the lushness of Merlot with the power of Petit Verdot, the aromatic nuance of Cabernet Franc, with the singular glory of our Cabernet. Taste and see. In 2019. we went from a very rainy late winter to spring, to some mild heat spikes, to cold mornings and some of the most intense winds we have seen in October. The wines of 2019 show great promise with exceptional balance and grace.Wine Profile:

Aroma: This wine is super expressive with vibrant aromas of cherry and cocoa along with hints of toffee and vanilla.
Flavor: This wine is filled with freshness and fruit-forward. The tannins are balanced, smooth, and supple with a nice long finish.
93 Points - "A blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Merlot, 18% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc, the 2019 Elevage boasts scents of caramel, black cherries and even a hint of purple raspberries. Aged in 100% new French oak, it manages to avoid being overbearingly woody, with the concentrated fruit sufficient to stand up to the oak. Full-bodied and famed by softly dusty tannins from start to finish, it finishes long and mouthwatering. Approachable now, it should be consumed over the next decade or 15 years." - The Wine Advocate
