As a member of the Palisades Society, you will receive three annual allocations featuring 8 bottles of Chimney Rock wine, including prestigious reserves, older vintage library wines and limited-release wines. By Clicking “I Agree” and joining, you authorize Chimney Rock Winery to charge your credit or debit card on or about the shipping date for each club shipment. The price for your wine ranges from $836 - $890 with an average of $859, and the actual price for each individual shipment may be higher or lower than this average price. Shipping is included in average Club price, but Sales tax is not. Please see our Shipping Information page for details.
The initial club membership term is one year and includes a minimum purchase commitment of three club shipments in that year. Unless canceled by you, your membership will further continue past the initial one-year term. You may cancel at least fourteen days prior to any shipment date after the initial one-year term and receipt of a minimum of at least three club shipments in that year. Thereafter, you may cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at club@chimneyrock.com.
Cancellations prior to receiving the required minimum will be responsible for reimbursing the winery for any incentives received in conjunction with membership. It is the member’s responsibility to notify Chimney Rock Winery of any change in address before the wine is shipped. Wine purchases are non-refundable. Shipments that are refused or returned are subject to a reshipping fee. I understand that the recipient of wine must be 21 years old and will be required to sign for the shipment.
