Formerly known as the Kairos Vineyard, our Clone 4 Vineyard serves as a wonderful example of the diversity of our beloved estate. Barely a stone’s throw from the nearby Clone 7 Vineyard, this naturally-occurring genetic variation offers a wildly different expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Clone 4 Vineyard produces consistently low yields and remarkably small berries, and the resulting wine possesses the heft and structure of the mountainside yet still retains the elegant mouthfeel that is a trademark of wines from the Stags Leap District.| Vintage | 2011 |
