At Chimney Rock, we are seriously committed to our Rosé, and devote a prime section of our Cabernet Franc vineyards exclusively to its annual creation.
Utilizing only the best Stags Leap District fruit, we then use a delicate winemaking touch in the cellar and nurture long, slow, cool fermentations. The extra effort is more than worth it. In addition to vibrant color, the wine provides an overflowing aromatic bowl of juicy summer cherries and subtle but distinct spices. Most importantly, the bright nose and lush mid-palate of this Rosé serve as ideal partners for a wide range of foods. Glass in hand, follow us into the sun.
