Our unfiltered wines are one of our best-kept secrets. If you've tasted them before, you're sure to seek them out in the future.This Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the great “pearls” created from our celebrated Tomahawk vineyard in the magnificent 2015 vintage. After spending some extra quiet time on the skins, we drained the last few gallons slowly overnight and were gifted with a barrel so remarkable that we chose not to blend it into one of our most eminent single vineyard lots. We cared for it separately and watched as it evolved into a wine with complexity and depth beyond our wildest dreams.
