At Chimney Rock, we are seriously committed to our Rosé and devote a prime section of our Cabernet Franc vineyards exclusively to its annual creation.
Using a delicate winemaking touch in the cellar, we press these grapes to tank and then nurture long, slow, cool barrel fermentations that preserve the incredible, multilayered aromas of cherries, violets and a hint of white pepper. Perhaps most importantly, the lush mid-palate of this Rosé allows this wine to stand alone or serve as an ideal partner for a wide range of foods.
